    Ashley Tull was arrested after her four-year-old took 249 bags of heroin to her day care center to be handed out as "candy." Police said the packets, which totaled 3.735 grams, remained unopened. The girl brought the heroin to school accidentally after the mother "unknowingly" gave her the wrong backpack. Tull, 30, of Selbyville was not arrested for possession but instead for three counts of child endangerment.
