    After calling 911 to report a sighting of a shooting suspect, a man was shot in the leg by police in Vancouver, Wash. A manhunt was underway for John Kendall, 59, who supposedly shot his neighbor earlier that morning. When police arrived they saw the caller who matched Kendall's expression and began shooting when he circled behind his car. After firing back at police, the caller dialed 911 again to report he had been shot. Kendall was later found dead in the area from a self-inflicted gunshot wound...
