After Criticism, John Kerry to Travel to Paris for Extremist Violence Talks
After receiving sharp criticism on not sending a higher representative to Sunday's rally for unity in Paris, Secretary of State John Kerry will head to France for" talks on countering extremist violence." Though Kerry was unable to attend the march because of prior commitments in India, Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland was present for the march.
