Bounce House Blown into the Air Leaving Two Kindergarteners Hospitalized
Two kindergarteners were hospitalized after a strong wind blew a "bounce house" at least 50 feet in the air in upstate New York. The boys, ages 5 and 6, and a girl, age 10, were all injured after falling out of the inflatable playhouse from 15 feet. One boy suffered a serious head injury while the other boy broke both arms and his jaw; fortunately, the children are now in stable condition. The play set was a Little Tikes inflatable house almost 10 feet on each side and had been played on many times before. After the bizarre incident, the bounce house was found more than three blocks away.
