Disney Discontinues policy for Disabled kids
Disney's decision to discontinue their "Guest Assistance Card" program has left many parents of disabled children feeling discriminated against and at a loss for vacation plans. The program allowed disabled guests to jump ahead in lines. Parents say waiting for extended periods of time is not practical for their children who may be on rigid schedules or only have a limited amount of time in the park. Disney responded to concerns with sympathy, but said it must make changes to a program that is being exploited.
