Google's Hummingbird Update and SEO Efforts
Google made the largest update in 12 years to its search algorithm, which determines websites rankings, and revealed it was released last month. Google assured SEOs and publishers that the update, dubbed Hummingbird, won't affect SEO efforts as long as they continue to "have original, high-quality content." Google's ultimate goal is to never have a person search for something and wonder why a website ended up in their search results in the first place.
