How to Rebook Your Flight
Thousands of travelers have been left stranded after a Blizzard battered the Northeast Thursday and into Friday morning. While many are getting help from customer service representatives in airports and on phones, many customers are turning to Twitter for aid. United Airlines helped customers through Twitter as well as redirecting them to manage their reservations online. American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, JetBlue and Virgin America aided customers on Twitter by redirecting them to their respective support lines. Southwest Airlines' Twitter account is offering no assistance, but is instead urging passengers to have patience.
