Investigation Launched to Find Casey Kasem
An investigation has been launched to find "Top 40" host Casey Kasem after his wife's attorney reported he had been removed from the country. Kasem, 82, has been through several medical facilities after being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and can no longer speak. His children have been kept from communicating with him by their step-mother and it is speculated that he is being treated on an Indian reservation in Washington state. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Daniel S. Murphy is awaiting the investigation's results, which are to be reported to the court.
