ISIS Demands $6.6 Million for Release of 26-Year-Old American Woman
ISIS has identified a third American hostage, a 26-year-old woman who was kidnapped a year ago in Syria, and is demanding $6.6 million along with the release of the neuroscientist Aafia Siddiqui. After the execution of James Foley, it was reported that the U.S. has resumed bombing runs in Iraq and that Obama has approved surveillance flights over Syria.
