John Malkovich Recreates Iconic Portraits as Subject in Project
John Malkovich collaborated with photographer Sandro Miller to recreate iconic portraits with himself as the subject, including Migrant Mother, John Lennon and Yoko Ono, and even Albert Einstein Sticking Out His Tongue, as part of a project titled, "Malkovich, Malkovich, Malkovich: Homage to photographic masters." The project was started in 2013 when Miller decided to pay homage to photographers who inspired him to become the leading advertising photographer he is today; Malkovich was all too happy to help. All photographs are full recreations.
