Louisiana AG Seeks Restraining Order Against Ebola Ashes Burial
Louisiana Attorney General Buddy Caldwell is trying to obtain a restraining order to prevent the ashes of an Ebola victim's possessions from being buried in the state. The ashes of the possessions of Thomas Eric Duncan, the only Ebola victim to die in the United States, were to be buried in a Louisiana landfill. The six truckloads of contaminated possessions were incinerated in Texas and were meant to be on their way to Carlyss, Louisiana. The restraining order was filed on Monday and a decision had yet to be reached.
