Mediterranean Diet Could Slow Aging
After conducting a new study on women's diets at the Women's Hospital in Boston and Harvard Medical School, Immaculata De Vivo found that eating a Mediterranean diet can actually slow aging. The diet was linked with a key biological marker that lowers the risk for cardiovascular disease and helps manage weight. It includes items rich in vegetables, fruits, nuts and peas, unrefined grains, olive oil and fish.
