MSNBC Host Apologizes for Mocking Adopted Romney Grandchild
MSNBC host Melissa Harris-Perry took to Twitter to apologize after mocking former Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney's Christmas card with his adopted black grandchild. Harris-Perry displayed the card on Sunday, which featured Romney surrounded by his grandchildren and made the comment, "A lot of people had emotions about this baby picture this year," as guest Pia Glenn, an actress, started singing "one of these things is not like the others," while the host laughed. The host also joked that she would "like to see the younger Romney and North West, the daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, get married in 2040." Harris-Perry apologized on Twitter saying she "meant no offense."
