    An Antares commercial rocket heading for the International Space Station blew up moments after liftoff on Tuesday at NASA's space launch facility on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. The fiery explosion destroyed the unmanned rocket and spacecraft meant to deliver supplies. Provided by contractor Orbital Sciences, the rocket's explosion immediately raised concerns over future NASA reliance on private commercial ventures to carry vital supplies to the orbiting space station.
