NASA's New Horizons Reveals First Glimpses of Pluto
NASA's New Horizons missions sent back its first images of Pluto and its largest moon, Charon. Taken by the Long-Range Reconnaissance Imager (LORRI) at a distance of 126 million,the pictures are only the first of many to come as the spacecraft will make its closest approach on July 14th. New Horizons has already halved its distance to Pluto since its launch last year.
