Niagara Falls Freezes Leaving Tourists with Magical Site
After a blizzard swept across the Great Lakes, Niagara Falls was left frozen over creating spectacular photo ops for tourists around the world. Temperatures dropped 13 degrees below zero in the region, turning the landmark into a giant cascade of icy sheets. Though pictures from the Canadian side gave the impression that the falls were completely frozen, the powerful flow of water continues to fall between the ice.
