Police Arrest Drunken Bicyclist who Wouldn't Vacate Taco Bell Drive-Through
Taco Bell employees in New Smyrna called the cops on a man who they refused to serve who wouldn't leave the drive-through on his bicycle. The intoxicated man refused to leave after placing his order shortly after 3 a.m. when the restaurant was closing. When police arrived, a Swiss Army knife was spotted on his belt, which an officer attempted to take. When Gabriel Harris grabbed the cop's wrist, he was wrestled to the ground and charged with resisting arrest with violence.
