Proposed Bill Seeks to Rename Chinese Embassy Street after Nobel Peace Prize laureate
    An amendment attached to the state department budget bill in Washington DC could lead to changing the street name of the Chinese embassy to "a noted Chinese dissident." The street is to be named 1 Liu Xiaobo Plaza after Nobel Peace Prize laureate Liu Xiaobo, who is currently serving an 11-year sentence in China for subversion.
