Rob Ford will 'Take Leave' After Another Crack-Smoking Video Surfaces
Toronto Mayor Rob Ford, who is currently running for reelection, announced he will be "taking a break from campaigning" after he was shown in a video allegedly smoking crack cocaine. Though the substance Ford smokes from the copper pipe in the video has not yet been confirmed as cocaine, it is clear he is struggling with substance abuse. Ford admitted he had a problem with alcohol and the choices he made while under the influence on his Facebook page, saying he would be taking a leave from his mayoral responsibilities and the campaign. A self-claimed drug dealer sold the video to Gawker for six figures and tried to do the same with the Globe and Mail who both refused.
