    Serena Williams (USA) gave another World's no. 1 performance in today's Championship match against Caroline Wozniacki (DEN). Although some points during the match extended well beyond 20 shot rallies, Serena delivered a crushing victory over Wozniacki with a score of 6-3, 6-3. The win for Serena is her third straight US Open title and ties history with six total US Open championship titles. The historic win for Serena also matches the 18 Grand Slam singles titles held by Chris Evert and Martina Navratilova. In the Men's Doubles - Final; Bob and Mike Bryan (USA), also known as the 'Bryan Brothers', won their fifth US Open Men's Doubles Championship, beating Marcel Granollers (ESP) and Marc Lopez (ESP) in straight sets by a score of 6-3, 6-4.
