Tarantino's "The Hateful Eight" put on Hold After Script Leaks
Quentin Tarantino scrapped his plans for directing his next film, The Hateful Eight, after discovering his script had been leaked in Hollywood. Tarantino found out about the breach when his agent began receiving calls from other agents wanting to pitch their clients for roles. Tarantino said he was "very, very depressed" to discover the western was leaked and that he will instead direct another project, publish a written version of The Hateful Eight and potentially revisit the prospect of a movie in "the next five years." Then again, Tarantino also said, "I could totally change my mind." Rest assured, the western will make an appearance to the public in one form or another.
