U.S. Deploys 600 Troops to Poland, Baltics After Russian Scare in Ukraine
    A Pentagon spokesman announced that the U.S. will send 600 paratroopers to Poland and the Baltics in reaction to Russia's handling of Ukraine. The U.S. Army troops are from Europe's 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, based in Vicenza, Italy. Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania will receive 150 American troops each to be complete by Monday. As of now, they will stationed through the rest of 2014, beyond that is undetermined.
