    After convincing the world that 'minimalist' approach was the best way to run, Vibram is settling a class-action lawsuit by agreeing to pay $3.75 million in refunds. The lawsuit was brought by Valerie Bezdek who claimed the company, which is famous for FiveFingers running shoes, deceived consumers without scientific evidence.
