Vibram pays $3.75 Million in Settlement
After convincing the world that 'minimalist' approach was the best way to run, Vibram is settling a class-action lawsuit by agreeing to pay $3.75 million in refunds. The lawsuit was brought by Valerie Bezdek who claimed the company, which is famous for FiveFingers running shoes, deceived consumers without scientific evidence. Vibram agreed to pay refunds up to $94 to anyone who bought a pair of shoes since March 21, 2009.
