    Imagine dangling 69 stories above the streets of Lower Manhattan by only a safety harness-that's exactly what happened to two window washers at 1 World Trade Center in New York City on Wednesday. Juan Lizama, 41, and Juan Lopez, 33, had to be rescued by firefighters after the brake mechanism on their rig experienced "equipment failure."
